Nobody Likes A Ninja is the sixth episode of the Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles tv series.
Summary[]
Ninja cats surround the Kaikishi Temple, and Usagi is astonished that Chizu is one of them. Lady Fuwa orders Chizu to dispose of her former friends; however, Chizu decides to side with her friends and fight against her former ninja clan. The group is left cornered midway, and when Lady Fuwa orders her ninjas to depower the Ki-stone with the help of the Scroll of Secrets, they're all immobilized by its power. Usagi's group then counter-attacks, and Usagi uses an unattached electrified cable cord from the Ki-stone to use on the ninja cats causing them to flee the scene.
With Lady Fuwa and the ninjas gone, Chizu apologizes to the group for her betrayal and warns that she'll be back since Lady Fuwa has the Scroll of Secrets. On the other hand, Tetsujin reveals that the scroll is a fake created by him to fool Lady Fuwa. Despite Chizu wanting to make amends with the group, they don't reciprocate that and go on their separate ways leaving her to sweep up the mess created by the ninjas. Tetsujin also mentions that Chizu hurt Kitsune the most and should apologize to her with a present the next time she sees her.
Meanwhile, Usagi and Gen walk the streets of Neo Edo, and Usagi complains that his Yo-yo isn't picking up the presence of any Yokai. However, Gen is still upset about Chizu's betrayal and has to do his part-time job to earn extra money for the Bat Squadron. Gen does promise to help Usagi find the two Yokai Giman and Sakuran after his shift is over. Switching to Chizu and Kitsune, Chizu tries to give Kitsune the kunai that the ninjas used against them, but Kitsune considers it a half-baked gift and leaves her. Back to Gen, he greets his sign-spinning co-worker Mayumi, who greets him back in a robotic monotone voice. Wasting no time, Gen starts his sign spinning gig, and despite his efforts, Mayumi draws in a more incredible crowd than Gen, making him envious of her. Usagi thinks that Mayumi's skills at attraction are too good, notices how her sign is so distracting and realizes that she's the Yokai Sakuran.
Kitsune enters the arcade and is followed by Chizu; the two get into a Ki-stone bike ride and scuffle there, and by the end, the two crash their bikes. Usagi faces off against Sakuran, who turns out to be possessing the sign that Mayumi was holding and uses his powers of distraction to distract Usagi from attacking him. However, when Sakuran advertises a dartboard featuring Miyamoto Usagi, Usagi manages to concentrate on slaying and capturing Sakuran fully. Once this is done, Gen runs off to the hospital, where the doctors say he needs surgery to get an appendix removed.
Returning to the temple, Usagi puts Sakuran back into the Ki-stone and receives another vision of his ancestor infiltrating the Shogun's mansion. Down underground, Chikabuma and his gang make more progress and find a vein of gold, but Kagehito claims that it's of no importance as the Clavis will outdo it.
